Maintenance Ticket System
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
If you have an emergency outside of normal working hours (Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600) please contact the Porters' Lodge on (01865) 279400, or your nearest residential caretaker.
This helpdesk is intended for Maintenance issues only!
For accommodation queries and concerns unrelated to maintenance, please instead contact accommodation@hertford.ox.ac.uk.
